Kim is a solicitor and registered Australian trademark attorney who can assist with all aspects of trademark registration in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining Cotters, Kim worked with major firms in Australia and Hong Kong, gaining substantial experience in trademark registration in China and South East Asian countries, and has also worked as a trade marks examiner with IP Australia.

Kim has worked with a diverse range of clients across sectors such as engineering, software, clothing, fashion, luxury goods, food and beverage, consumer electronics, and government.
